Introducing User Log: Keep Track of User Activity
We are thrilled to announce the launch of a brand-new feature in Fast Accounts: the User Log. With this exciting addition, you now have access to detailed information about user activity within the system. Whether users are adding, modifying, or deleting information, every action is recorded and stored securely in the User Log for your convenience.
Accessing the User Log is simple. Just follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Settings menu.
- Under the User & Role section, select “Log Management.”
Once you’re in the User Log, you will be able to explore the comprehensive history of all user transactions. This powerful tool allows you to track and review user actions, ensuring accountability and transparency within your organization.
To enhance usability, we have also introduced a user activity report in the User Log. This report provides a consolidated overview of user actions, enabling you to analyse and evaluate user engagement within the system effectively.
Currently, the User Log allows you to view the user activity for the past 30 days at a time. We understand that historical data is crucial for comprehensive analysis, so we have endeavoured to include as much past user activity as possible.
With the User Log, you can effortlessly monitor user interactions, keep track of changes, and maintain an audit trail of all transactions. This feature empowers you to ensure the integrity and security of your data while facilitating better collaboration and accountability among your team.
