Introducing Google Sign In and Two-Factor Authentication
We are thrilled to announce significant enhancements to our account security measures. As part of our ongoing commitment to protecting your valuable information, we have introduced two powerful features: Google Sign In and Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). These additions will ensure that your account remains secure and your data is safeguarded against unauthorized access.
Google Sign In: Streamlined Access with Enhanced Security
We understand the importance of convenience and security when accessing your account. With Google Sign In, you now have the option to log in to your account using your Google credentials. This process utilizes Google’s robust security protocols, allowing you to benefit from the advanced security features you have already set up for your Google account. Once you successfully pass Google’s comprehensive security checks, you will gain immediate access to your account, ensuring a seamless and protected login experience.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): An Extra Layer of Security
To provide an additional layer of protection for your account, we have implemented Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for all our users. 2FA adds an extra step to the login process, requiring two forms of verification to ensure your account remains secure. In addition to your regular email address and password, you will be prompted to provide a unique verification code sent to your registered email address.
Setting Up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is Simple:
- Log in to your account.
- Navigate to the “Settings” section and select “Profile.”
- Click on the “Two-Factor Authentication”.
On your next login, a verification code will be sent to your registered email address.
Enhanced Convenience with Trusted Devices
When using Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), you have the option to mark your device as trusted. By doing so, you can enjoy a more convenient login experience on that device for a period of 30 days. If you ever have concerns or need to remove trusted devices, simply click on “Remove All Trusted Devices” in your profile settings.
We Strongly Encourage Enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
At Fast Accounts, your account’s safety is our utmost priority. We highly recommend that all our valued clients enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) as soon as possible. By taking this proactive step, you can benefit from the enhanced security it provides and protect your account from potential threats.
