What is FastHR?
FastHR is an HR management platform that brings essential people-management processes into one place. It helps organisations manage employee information, attendance, leave, approvals, permissions, notifications and workforce reporting more efficiently.
What features does FastHR include?
FastHR covers the core of HR management: employee management, attendance, leave, employee self-service, manager self-service, roles and permissions, notifications, and reports and analytics.
Is payroll included in FastHR?
Not at the moment. FastHR currently covers employee records, attendance, leave, self-service, permissions, notifications and reports.
Is FastHR free?
FastHR is currently free for organisations with up to 5 employees. When you add a 6th employee, Starter pricing applies to all employees in the account.
What happens when I add a 6th employee?
Your account moves to the Starter plan, and the Starter rate applies to all 6 employees, not just the 6th. For example, 6 employees on annual billing would cost 6 × Rs. 249 per month.
How is FastHR priced?
Pricing is based on the number of employees. Starter covers up to 10 employees, Growth covers 11–25, Business covers 26–100, and Premium is for 101 or more with custom pricing. Organisations with up to 5 employees can currently use FastHR free of charge.
Can employees use FastHR themselves?
Yes. Employee Self-Service gives employees access to permitted HR information and routine activities, such as viewing attendance information, checking leave balances and submitting leave requests.
What can managers do in FastHR?
Manager Self-Service allows managers to view relevant team information, monitor attendance, review employee requests and complete permitted HR approvals, subject to the access rights assigned to them.
Can FastHR manage employee attendance?
Yes. FastHR can be used to monitor attendance, working hours, late arrivals, early departures and absences, giving HR and managers better visibility over day-to-day attendance.
Can we manage leave policies and balances?
Yes. FastHR supports the leave process from request through to approval, including leave policies, employee leave balances and manager approvals.
Can access to HR information be controlled?
Yes. FastHR uses role-based permissions so access can be assigned according to each user’s responsibilities. This helps restrict access to confidential employee information and HR functions.
Does FastHR provide reports and analytics?
Yes. FastHR provides reporting across employee, attendance, leave and other workforce information to help organisations monitor activity and support HR decision-making.
Does FastHR send notifications and alerts?
Yes. FastHR can keep employees, managers and HR teams informed of relevant HR activities such as requests, approvals, attendance and other important updates.
Does FastHR support 100+ employees?
