We are excited to announce that we have made significant upgrades to the assembly module in FastAccounts, introducing several new and valuable features to enhance your experience. Below are the key enhancements that have been added:

1. Smart Filters:

We have introduced Smart Filters, a powerful tool that allows you to create customizable dropdown lists with reusable tags such as team, area, group, etc. You now have the option to add up to 4 Smart Filters to your jobs. These filters offer various options to efficiently filter and organize data in your reports. To set up a Smart Filter, simply go to the Settings Menu, select Smart Settings, and then the Assembly tab. From there, you can set the labels of the Smart Filters according to your preference.

2. Smart Documents:

With Smart Documents, you can now use flexible input fields to add new text each time you require additional information for a job, like a reference number or certain order data. To activate Smart Documents, navigate to the Settings Menu, select Smart Settings, and choose the Assembly tab. In the Smart Docs section, add the label and save & close. Now, you can use Smart Documents in your jobs, and the data collected can be utilized in reports and customized printings.

3. Customize Printing:

We understand the importance of personalization, and to cater to your specific needs, we have introduced the Customization option for prints in the Assembly module. You can now set the business header, header data, and table data for prints like Material Pass, Job Cost Sheet, Finished Goods Note, and Shortfall Material. To access Printing Customization, simply go to the Settings Menu, select Assembly under Other Printing, and choose the Print Option to Customize. You can then proceed to customize each section of your printing as per your requirements.

4. Assembly Nominal Activity Report:

In response to your feedback, we have upgraded all existing reports. As a result, the Report Criteria now includes Smart Filters, providing you with greater control over data filtering. Additionally, we have introduced a new report that details direct nominals recorded in jobs data, further enhancing the insight you gain from your reports.
